    Default Hot Mess

Another fisherman gave me some jig heads the other day after helping him with his electronics a little bit. These are for bass primarily but might provide some interesting possibilities for crappie jigs.

This one looks terrible in the air but not too bad at all in the water. Nice flow from the Marabou and fiber along with the feathers. It will fluff up when backing due to the Marabou and the feathers give a nice action moving forward.

Any ideas on what to do with these heads?Name: PXL_20220611_143321796.jpg

I don't know about great, but it looks.

    Thanks, Jack.

Here's a second one, maybe a little bit better. I did add some chenille on that first one near the head.

That's what the other guy was using them for.

I was just messing around mostly, but the action of those jigs could be useful for crappie.
It seems like there are a lot of fish on the bottom right now and bait everywhere, so the lazy one may be just waiting for something to fall down to them.

    Anyway, thanks for the info.
