Tying the "Mousie" Tipping Fly (Take #2)

One of my favorite flies for under the slip float... very easy tie!... unbelievably productive with the Lepomis!... a learning experience!... getting it down with the software so you as a viewer is given the best possible consideration
I experience the most proficient use with this Tipping fly is tipped with a GULP Waxie in chartreuse or pink under the slip/float in my Slip/Float/Fly/Waxie Method.
