The main problem I see with trying to mimic that bait is the tail. Sure you could match it with silicone tabs color wise, but you're not gonna be able to match the tails action, thAt I'm aware of, unless you cut that tail of that bait and incorporate it into your tie.
I may be wrong though.
Any opinions?
I've always wanted to try to tie something that would match the movement of a triple tAil, but have never figured it out other than doing what I said.

Thanks Skip and Led. Skip, I've got it, it still doesn't look right haha. Led, your jig is what I'm looking for! Is that a peacock rope then? I don't guess I'm too familiar with the uncommon materials.
Imitating the tail isn't the goal, fortunately. I'm primarily concerned about the colors. I plan on using marabou on the tail, so it should have plenty of action. These will be vertical jigged.
