    Default Gettin Jiggy with the Jelly


    Thanks to Snake River, I’ve had some fun trying something new. Some of these are 1/24 #2 and some are 1/16 #4 sickle hooks.

    The jelly bodies are super glued on only after I tied the marabou with thread. Some may say this is overkill, but I don’t want any of my jigs coming apart.

    Skip, it hasn’t even been a year yet and I am in sooooo deep! I’m blaming each and every one here LOL!

    I actually saw a plastics mold someone had made were you place completed jig in mold then inject plastic. Results same. Plastics is a whole other ballgame though.

    I forgot. What's the trick to get the plastic over the Marabou ?
