I have never tied a Roadrunner just using Hackle for the tail, always used Marabou. Then I did these to see what I thought and will give them a try before too long. Also tied one using my FL Acid Rain Sparkle chenille and am liking it too! All using no tips!
Anyway was wanting to see what you guys think and if you like them too?

I did tie one group of the Gray ones using marabou.
