Default Dayton Ohio Area Jig Tying

I have been thinking of trying to starting tying some jigs for crappie and walleye.

Anyone on the forum that lives in my area?

Is there a good local source for tying equipment and supplies?

Any clubs that meet in the area?

You really should post this on the Ohio State board as way more guys from your area will see it there. You may get lucky here, but don't forget to post it there.

Lots of stuff to watch on you tube, and vises and other materials on craigslist and ebay. I don't remember what outdoor stores are near you in Dayton, but some offer classes that will get a lot of questions answered in a hurry with a hands on experience. Cabela's and Bass Pro both have classes and some Gander Mountain stores too. Easy to get started and all of us will help whenever you're ready. Most of us learned a lot of what we use right here.
