Friend on TU had the same problem - take a wire coat hanger (there are 2 sizes!! LOL) and cut a piece off and put it in the mold and close it and it should work fine, that's what he did.

I have an egg sinker mold from Do-It molds. I don't have the pull pin and a new one from DO-IT cost 13.50 with shipping. The pin is about 5 cents of wire and a wooden handle. I bet someone has calipers right next to their DO-IT mold on their work bench. Could someone measure the pull pin and tell me the diameter?
Thanks

Make a cast. Stick some clay or something in the ends where the wire goes and pour all of your cavities. Then measure the lead casting!
7 3/4 inches long from inside of handle
