    Default heavy brush fishing

I have been learning how to tie and have been pouring my own baits for a while. This is my latest attempt at weedless minnow hooks. Any comments or criticism is appreciated. And I hope the attachments workName: weedless.jpg

The lightest wire I had was a little firm and I am probably gonna miss a few hook-ups but I am dang tired of retying and spoiling good spots from hanging the brush. The thing I am not sure of is how hard is a crappies clamp when they bite. lol

Another option is light wire hooks. 6 lb. mono will straighten them out and you can easily bend back into shape without disturbing the brush.
