Norm is Norm Norlander and he is the guy that makes the vise I tie on, the Nor-Vise and it starts at about $300 before you add any extra jaws or his auto bobbins.

i have biught and used the materials from the Polaris Flies and Nucler jigs stuff. If he wants some I think I still have some packs of it. I did try it and didn't care for it at all really! Love the vise and for me he best, but not the same with that other stuff!
