Sorry to hear that. This seems to be a on going problem with grandpa Bob's. Never ordered for him because of this it's a shame because he's got good prices.

I ordered from him on 3/8 and got my order on Friday. I did call and talk to him twice. Nice guy... He was waiting on some chenille to come in. I would call him after 5 to see what's going on.

Everytime I ordered it took about 2 weeks & an email to him .. I will still order from him but only when I'm not in a hurry to get it

I see lots of these post. I have never ordered from him, so really can't say much.

He is SLOW at times. I would call ahead if you order from him.

Not worth deaing with. Way to many people on here that make them and give better service. Most are on here everyday so you don't have to deal with the ducking and dodging of your attempts to contact them. You get what you pay for. I've ordered from him twice. First time, had em in 4 days. Second time, 4 weeks. As fisherman, you'd think we'd have patience, except when waiting on new equipment! I hate to wait. I'm like a kid waiting on Christmas when it comes to fishing!

Hi prices are very good. I buy from him, but do so understanding that he is difficult to contact, is a poor communicator and delays are inevitable.

I ordered once a couple of years ago and got some of my stuff in a week or so and he said the rest was on backorder(about half of the order)guess it still is......
