Interesting creation there. I've used jig spinners with a regular round jig head for years. They all have Colorado style blades though.

With ice out the pan fish are moving into the sheared off bull rushes. This can be a real challenge in shallow water,1 to 2 feet deep. Casting a jig under a bobber gets hung up and Long polling spooks the fish.
I remembered how well the spinner baits handled the rushes while fishing for bass and decided to make a 1/16 and 1/8 once version. This makes a versicle lure with a lot of options, plastic, flies or live bait.
The 1/16 once tipped with the woolly bugger did a nice job on the gills, the crappies have not showed up yet.

I would actually like lighter one for what I do, but suspect your will do very well! I am having a bit of trouble seeing fishing a 1/8 in 1 to 2 foot of water.
RonDon use to make some nice ones and I still have a good many in a couple sizes and one is a 1/32 Oz. Also the little Roadrunners are good for Gills. They do love a bade flashing around.

Look good - but I'd rather not use spinner bodies as such. A beetle spin type bait will do the same thing and you'll be able to change up any offerings or colors.
Very cool baits.
Very inventive.
The love for fishing is one of the best gifts you can pass along
