Looks good for your first jigs and will get better with time. As far as the heads go I think they are Capps and Coleman pro heads and you can get them from grizzly jig. But try bobograybeard here on the forum first. If the hook can fit his molds he can make it and is dang good at it to!!! He is listed in the sponsor section of the classifieds to.

ebay, Wallyfriedaburns has them for $12 per 100. Got to sporting goods, then to fishing, then enter wide gap jigs in search.
They will cut you a deal on shipping. I usually get a 1,000 or 2 at a better price.
