Where can I buy it and how does it come packaged? I can't find it here but want to use it.

You can buy at all over the place Barlow's Cabelas Bass Pro in many of the different fly tying suppliers handle it also get on the Internet in typing on search living rubber and you will come up with that tong of listings.

I buy mine from May commercial supplier here in the state of Oregon I do buy some by the pound or 300 foot rolls most of the stuff that you will get online will come 10 pieces to a pack may be wrong there but something like that and there are 40 million different color combinations more coming out every day.
