Those look nice. Bet they will be really active in the water. Think I would have made them a little shorter but would give them a try. Then if you get short strikes shorten them a little.

A friend of mine gave me some peacock feathers and I have wanted to try tying on a tube head. Tied a few to put in my box.
Might be a little long.

Like them. The feathers are real long but the action should be outstanding.
USAF Retired and fishing!
I like long tails, but that is a bit over kill on long for me. I would have cut the end tied in a little more before tying it in, but they should get some action and for sure try them before taking scissors to them!
Very nice. I've got to try a few of those. I like working with peacock herl
I love the iridescence of peacock herl but usually limit it to making bodies. It doesn't hold up well for me as a tail material.

May your nets be heavy!
Just a thought, maybe try using the Swords as tail material. It still will not hold up great, but know you would catch some fish before it wears off. I have done that as a wing or tail on small jigs.
Look good too me !
I like peacock feathers - take those long pieces and spin them together and wrap for bodies.
