In the Build process of a tying table/desk.

Added my flash holder and my chenille holder today.

I tie a lot "every night" so it is important for me to have a place to do it and not have to clean up.
I agree with the plastic drawers they are not user friendly at all. I'm just using them until I get me feather box built.
Which by the way I am looking for ideas.

you mite want to try the book case idea make a spin off of it like put doors on the front and on the out side of the doors rod racks? then you can store some bug boxes and tackle boxes in side it and feathers too for the feather if you have the time i would make boxes out of wood mainly ceder lined then the bugs stay out! but make them so they fit the shelf's the way you want and have lids the way you want. wither hinged or set on top i just said the plastic boxes cause they are easy to get and use there are tons of internet designs and plans even those humidor boxes are another thing for those that like good cigars while fishing even wine racks too or quart bottle rack off you favorite beverage . play with it enough and you will get some thing cool sooner or later any ways awesome job on the tying set up so far i like wish i had the room...

Had to get it set up and move on. I was falling way behind on my tying.

Just a quick note, notice the cabinet doors, I took the inexpensive name take clip and screwed them to the inside doors and on a dowel rod on the wall. It's a great way to store Duck, Arctic Fox, and rubber legs.
