I have some UV Blast and you dip it right after you dip what ever color you want under it. I use 2 fluid beds to use it.

Sorry have not been on my computer much in the last week or 10 days, too cold in this room plus part of the time my Oldest son was here on a visit.

I have some UV Blast powder paint and some Spirit River UV2 rabbit strips. Both glow under a blacklight.

However, glowing under a blacklight only indicates the material fluoresces under UV light. It doesn't tell you whether it reflects UV light. They are two different properties. There is no way to tell whether a material reflects UV light with the naked eye. You need a camera and a UV pass filter that blocks visible light.
    Don't worry, catch crappie.

Yes will glow under Black light as well it will Glow under a UV light. Lots of fish see UV color which we can not so at least the visibility of your bait is more with UV or FL or even Glow type jigs. Doesn't mean you get bit, but the odds of a fish seeing your jig have to be better when they can see it from a much farther distance.

Some products out there say they are Florescent and don't Glow under any light because they have mixed their die with a non Florescent color to achieve the color they want and it ruins the whole thing. I only know of one kind of product at this minute, but I know this to be true and I was really disappointed because I bought a good bit of it. They also have some UV stuff that only the little Blue highlights light up. Most I have tried all did well.
