Default wild boar hair for jigs?

Has anyone tryed wild boar hair? I take some that are multi-colored that look like good colors red, blond, white, black, gray and others. I have saved some patches in the freazer. Just checking for info before I put the time in fleshing and drying. Thanks for any insight.

Had my hands on an asian water buffalo yesterday and the hair was long enough to get my attention. Animal was still using it but maybe it wouldn't miss a little? Most all hair has some use.
