Like the little green jig. Peacock is one of the materials that is almost ignored when tying crappie jigs. When it is a condiment material. Very seldom should it be dominant only as a compliment to the other materials. Don't be afraid to buy some peacock sword feathers to use as wings on some of you minnow and bait fish patterns. Not only does it gives your pattern a fuller look but a sheen that bait fish have.

Looks fine, but let me say one thing about the direction you stick the hooks in that box for holding your jigs. First look a where ever the handle is for carrying it. Then look at when you pick it up by the handle and se what direction your jigs are hanging. You would probably want them hanging down when the handle is in your hand so they don't work their way out.

Agree Peacock is fine stuff and it's really nice if you make your own chenille out of it for a body. Flies do that a lot. Also the Swords that Redman spoke of are very nice and vibrant along with that wonderful color that fish love so much. I use to tie some tiny 1/32 with a small hook and Peacock tail as a second jig on a drop with a heavier jig. Crappie like that!

What size Roadrunner is that? If a 1/8th, but if 1/16 I am not sure what size that blade is, but it looks really big and you really don't want to over do that too much. Colors looking good and your jigs should put fish in the boat. Nice job!
