Talked to some of the folks on the hunting section and asked about duck feathers and if they were tossing them or not. Got the first bag in, got em all washed and clean and separated.

A guy gave me 4 zip-loc bags of Gadwall flank feathers last year & they make Great Shiner imitators. Shame though, he hasn't killed any ducks this year.
