They look as awesome as the last bunch! I still love the blue. At the risk of sounding dumb again, is there a reason you use the longer chenille on your roadrunners? I also like the paint on the blue ones, is that chrome? Incredible as always, makes me realize how far I have to go.

The larger chenille would be for more flash and a slightly bulkier offering

Thanks Gents! The larger chenille of this kind will bend back as going through the water and also offer more flash. VA is right too as it offers a little bulkier bait, but realize the 1/32 Oz Roadrunner is a really small bait. I just mainly like it a lot more than the small crystal and have more material with the same or less wraps. You just have to learn how to keep it from trapping to much of the previous wrap when putting it on. You can also pick some of it back out after it's wrapped and before you cinch it down by using a sharp bodkin to stick in and pull sideways to pluck more of it out. I have go so I don't need to do that hardly ever any more though. I have been tying with this big stuff for about 3 years and some before that with Cactus chenille.

just learn all you can and never stop learning as there is always more!
