    Bottom one is artic fox they never post how I take the pics... Oh well top is chenille and kiptail...

    I tie a lot the same color as your top one, but with a feather tail avid they do catch fish like crazy! Nice ties,

    I tried the feathers a second ago to make a Popeye like jig couldn't get them to lay right :/

    Its a practicing kind of thing to get them to lay right and takes time. The one I tie like the top one has a silver head though. Also try using just the little V's for a tail until you get better at tying on the feather tail.

    The head on the top one has a baitfish powder paint on it that you can't see to well... Yeah I noticed the v's seemed to look better... I'll practice some more mostly what I tie is kiptail and duck...

    i tye one like the bottom jig that catches fish, good job. try using tweezer to pick up the little V's and stack on your finger tip,works for me.

    I just stack them on my leg and pinch them together and tie them in.

    You know, it really doesn't matter if the hackle tips lay right, when it gets under water, it's gonna be a straight "stinger" tail anyway. Just sayin.
