    Default Nearly ran out of my "Go To" jig!


    got down to the 1 I have tied on so it was time to restock. This is the jig I turn to when all else fails.
    Plus I tied up a few more that outta do good this early Fall.

    I like those especially the top ones. I see the sickle hooks, but what type of jig head are you using? sorry I know to some it may be obvious, but I have just taken an interest to fishing in general and jigs in particular.

    At this point the horse and pony heads are the only ones I recognize on sight.

    The top set are 1/8oz Pro Walleye heads on #2 sickle hooks. The bottom set are the Pro Walleye head on #4 sickle.

    Looking good Vern! Is the head color on the ones (solid color) an mix of yours or is it like Olive?

    Both sets are eyeball widening all kinds of sweet!!
    Bottom ones 1/8 too? If 1/8 w#4 in those colors..... exactly what I'd pick pick to walk and dance around lay downs with come fall. Or at least what we call "fall" here.

    Great lookin' jigs.
