That's all you will ever get here, never criticism, just suggestions. That's a good looking tie. I usually tie a piece of flashy stuff of some kind in with anything I tie. I even use Christmas tree tinsel. There's a few guys here that make those from scratch also. Show some fish pics when you get a chance.

Will work fine as is, but if mine I also would use some chenille. Good color and am sure crappie will hit Red and Chart! I also would have stopped it and made little shorter body, but that is just me.
