how well does the living rubber stand up to crappie, will it come off easy .......... is living rubber real soft ??? lol

Never had a problem with the rubber strands, I make sure the entire shank is covered in thread and I also make the strands the length of the hook shank and X cross the thread over it, and yes the living rubber is very soft.
