Default Couple new ties last night

First one is a blue and yellow chenille twist, one color mix I didn't have done up - I need to find my pill heads in blue and do this same pattern with wiggle eyes added on

The second is new penny base coat with a clear coat with irridescent orange glitter on a redman head. The tail is pheasant blueish feathers from the pad in front of the tail feathers, I wrapped gold mylar tinsel all the way to the head of the jig then wrapped copper chenille over it.

Well if that blue was purple I would have to think you were an LSU fan, LOL!

    Really though nice ties!

    Thanks all!!

Skip - Not a football fan at all!!!
VA - the base color is called new penny it's from Pro-Tech, but I've seen other copper colors, so it may be the same. Don't forget after the base color is a dip in clear with the glitter. But copper by itself looks good too. Hope to see some of your ties soon!!

Doug, I really like the bottom jig. What weight is it? It looks like it would be well balanced.

    Good job..

I haven't had any need for a camera but after joining here I wanted one to take pics of jigs that I've tied and fish pics besides my phone that doesn't have internet on it. But, for Christmas I know g/f bought me a camera but she won't give it to me until Christmas... lol For some reason she bought the thing like 6 months ago so its been killing me... Soon enough tho I'll be posting pics of ties!

    Nice work as always.

I only fish on days of the week that end with
a "Y" ...and then, only if it's raining or not.
