    we definitely wanted something, new to jig trying so this is something that we are playing with.

    it's approximately about 1/32 chunk of lead I know it does not look like much but this is like a proto-type so we will have to play with it some more I believe this style would have a ton of action also we were using in search today and doing the same thing but I kind of like the one in the photo a lot better for some reason.

    i am doing one kinda like that but with a round ball head and a v wire with gnat, that looks like it will work, i like it something different

    Something kind of on the order of the NO Named Lure. I have been experimenting with them. They have tiny hooks though and are patented though. They don't come painted, but I could resist painting one and here is a picture of it. These are said to catch all kinds of fish and I have not got this one wet to see if I hurt the action yet.
