    we were making up an order today of jelly jigs and thought I would share it with you guys these are of course the original style from micro spoons.

    Bob are you hand pouring the grub in a mold with the marabou already tied on the jig hook?...been fooling with my RTV hand made mold...just not pleased with the cleanness after removing them...just looks sloppy...lol

    I'm sorry I didn't answer you earlier this week an awful busy to your question are these hand poured yes they are hand poured we tied the marabou on the jig heads and place them in the mold and shoot the plastic. please note that if you are experimenting is very tricky I will give you some information here with a warning I use a plastic syringe to shoot the plastic in the mold you have to be careful not to over feel the cavities the reason why I'm warning you is because the plastic syringes will get very hot and very rubbery if you apply too much pressure they will blow out in may burn you.

    thats why they are so super clean! I use a pyrex cup and have tried to do laminates..... you know I've found its futial!!! I'm too cheep to invest in a metal injector..that would mean another level in an already hard to kick hobbie...I've got the sickness bad....and I don't want a cure!!!!
