I really like the jigs, but have a question on the browns.....what are the longer, thinner fibers on the back end of the jigs? They seem to make a nice ghost effect to the jig....? Also, just a thought, but if you added a couple silly legs coming out the back end of the skirt, with either brown or black to emulate antennae you'd have a very fine baby craw pattern if you'd like. If the legs were an inch and a quarter linger than the fine fibers of the skirt I think that would be about right......would probably be a killer jig for smallies. Good Fishing, Mac

The tail is pheasant maribou. I also do a lot of bird hunting so maribou is always plentyful. There are 2 maribou feathers. The first is just tied in on top of the hook, and the second feather is tied in by the tip and wrapped around the hook collar style. The flashy stuff is pearl crystal flash. (don't get carried away with the crystal flash)

I'm impressed with your jigs & colors. You won't find that color combo anywhere else.
