It will chip off even just being in a box as time goes on and any time you hit one like just dropping it on a hard floor will chip it off. Anyone that takes time to paint hem should cure them.

Just tied up a dozen jigs that I painted and tied...I did not cure the jigs after powder painting.... I know it makes them much more durable....
Any of you guys use jig without curing? Will the paint come off of them?

Definitely cure them. It makes the finish one of the most durable you can put on. Uncured powder paint actually chips real easy.
Well if you have them tied already at least put some Sally Henson's Hard as Nails on it too. That will help a lot and as long as none is FL Yellow the color will be still good, but it will change FL Yellow a lot and now be the same at all!
Does Hard as Nails get soft and gooey when in contact with soft plastics (twistertails, etc.)?
i never cure mine and just deal with the chipping paint, i always figure the fish dont care. lol but how do you guys cure yours? oven? toaster oven? how long? temp?
