Do you make a white body and yellow tail or do you make a white and yellow hair body with yellow tail. Just curious. At Dierks lake in the spring they kill the plastic version. I want catch em on a acid rain I tied. Any pics or comments.
Thanks James
I started off tying a yellow/white body and yellow tail but found it doesn't matter about the two color body on that jig. I now tye it with a white body/yellow tail.

Thank you very much. They love that color and bleeding arkansas shad and wally world colors at that lake in spring. They kind of switch back and forth. But usually the acid rain and bleeding shad work all day.
Did some looking around at soft plastic Acid Rain baits and not sure I remember one color name with so many different interpretations. It's like fair game as to the colors. Anyone know who as in what company did the first one?
When I think of Acid Rain I think of Kalin's. Its a sweet color combo that always seems to produce.
I fish alot of Southern Pro 2" hot grubs (and spinoffs that resemble them) and the Acid Rain has it's moments...both the straight yellow and white and the yellow and white body with a blood red tail.
Here is my acid rain interpretation from a Kalin's Acid Rain--shu![]()
