Default Best Place to Buy Blades and Sampo Swivels??

Looking for the places with the best prices to buy #1 and #2 Indiana blades for my Ponyheads. Also need some #3 and #4 Indiana blades for some 1/4 oz. heads and harness rigs. I want to spend a little extra money and get the Sampo Ball Bearing swivels that come with the split rings already attached for my 1/4 oz. project heads. On the #3 and #4 Indiana blades I want gold and silver holographic baitfish blades.

    Thanks for the help,
    Dave

Do you just want ball bearing swivels, or do they have to be Sampo brand? If you just need ball bearing swivels, ebay is probably your best choice. You can get 25 generic ball bearing swivels for less than $10. With Sampos you're going to pay at least a buck and some change apiece.

Since the swivels won't be connecting the jig to the line, I'd just go generic.

Hagens as you can mess around with quantity. If your thinking of using ball bearing swivels in the pony head mold you better be ready to mod it, and if you mess it up it won't be easy to fix. Need more info to try and help.

Got #10 cranes in pony heads. Need the ball bearings with split rings already installed for a custom made 1/4 oz. mold.

    Hagens

Hagen's Fishing Components - Products > Snaps & Swivels > Ball Bearing Swivels

Can't give you actual sizes unless you have the catalog. They may be willing to send samples.
I love taking my kids fishing, now if I could just manage to fish at the same time.

Gotta say I've never used a size 10 crane in a 1/4 oz head before only in the bigger sizes. If you go with Hagens CALL your order in that way you make sure it's in stock and you can also ask questions about anything. This especiially works well when you purchase than minimum quantities and you want to get the dollar amount right!!!

You can download the catalouge in .pdf format but get the older styly one, the new interactive one is a PITA!!!!!!!!!

I did the online last order and won't do it again anytime soon. Eventually got everything but had no clue on back orders, out of stocks or shorts until the order came. Is much better to call them and make sure that things are in stock and that the order is right. Sizes also really suck online.
