Did you vinyl paint it Bob? It looks like it will have an erratic action in the water. Nice job.

I like it !! I am just getting into the differant heads i like the ball and the pill head they give great action but what i have seen but havent tried what looks like a cone head bullet head style not the horse head like a road runner but kinda like a bullet weight on the crappie jig. has anyone seen these? can they be bought or made? they look great for a minnow head mimmic i have a plan to try the bullet / cone head with some silver cactus and grey or white bucktail with some flash for the minnow look any help would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot say THANK YOU enough to all the guys on here helping with info on tying jigs . I have made several jigs and im not the best at it but have improved sooo much just to the tips and hints and seen the pics and im just a happy as can be from the results from what i have learned here at Crappie .Com I am hooked at tying jigs as i am to fishing and love it !! Its therapeutic and fun!!

Mike we use powder paint and/or use vinyl paint for the eyeballs.
