    I have brim bustet, root beer and a couple of other darker colors of powder paint. What colir tails would you guys use with those colors

    when in doubt......always use chartreuse

    If I were going to tie anything, I would follow my default plastic color combination:

    black jig head (definitely dark whether pure black or not)
    blood red body
    chartreuse tail

    Pearl is also good on a black head.
    So is a dark gray or slate top with a pearl belly (classic shad pattern).
