Default got stung by a yeller jacket!

Where I live there is one of the meanest ground wasp I know...don't be scouting for the deer and step in one of their holes...they'll eat you up!!!I hope the crappie will eat them up...just thought this up, I have many diffrent mallard flank colors...will experiment in the days ahead...here's a picture of two, 1/16 pony head and 1/24!Name: IMG-20120302-00040 yellow jacket crappie.jpg

Nice ties only comment would be to use a black thread on the collars. Other wise I think you got it nails to the post. We have wasp but never have done any good around the cypress trees that had wasp or yellow jackets in the trees. That doesn't mean that they don't eat them but think they take the small minnows and bream fry before they take the yellow jackets or wasp.

Nice jigs but whoever's pouring the heads, use a crane swivel not a barrel - the little bit saved by using them isn't worth the action you lose when fishing them. And when using the cranes it allows you to use a larger blade as they won't hang as low.
