Default Fluid bed air pump size

    Hi guys,

What size do you recommend for a fluid bed air pump? I'll probably being running just one 2" bed.

I notice the pumps are rated by KPa and L/min. I assume L/min is liters per minute but I have no idea what KPa means.

    Thanks.

You'll need to adjust pressure depending on color and brand of powder. Just don't get one too small as you can't go up and it is much easier to use a valve to turn one down.

One for an aquarium up to 50 gallons will work just fine for a 2" bed.

I have a Tetra Whisper 60 and it runs 3 2" beds at the same time and the valves aren't open all the way. You can get em at PetSmart
