Default Two Piece RTV Jig Molds?

Anyone ever make any two piece RTV jig molds. If so, how do you make it so the mold halves are even enough to fit the hooks properly? I want to mold a custom jighead but at low quantities so I think RTV would work.

I'm not real sure how exact you would have to be, because I'd think it would be far more forgiving. If I remember right US Composites should be able to help. Maybe Lurecraft also, seems there's somebody who sells RTV by the pound and shows you how to make molds

I have never made an rtv mold but i have made silicone molds that vulcanize in the oven using silicon sheets, same ones spincasters use. I use a aluminum frame similar to a jewelry frame but with bolt holes and side plates, 2 1/4 sheets of silicone then a little mica powder then you master and then 2 more sheets. compress and heat and its done. Hard to get the silicone though

Some where in all the files on one of my computers I have a few files that were sent to me by Some one that had made a few of them. I have tried to find them and when I do I will post them for you. Sorry lately I have been as busy as a one arm paper hanger.
