Im slowly getting everything i need to get started tying and was wondering what kind of glue works best for you guys. Also has anyone tried the glow chenille from barlows? I use glow baits at night and they seem to work well for me and was wondering if anyone has ny input about that product. Thanks

I use super glue a lot. Dries fast and squirts out of a bottle. Salley Hansens will mess up some enamel paints. I use CS vinyl paints a lot now for the eyes because of all the issues. Stinks like crazy!Old school says you do not need glue with tying but with all my layers and slick hairs and synthetics glue works best for me.The fun part of tying is trying stuff you do not normally see in jigs. You never know what you may find!! Enjoy your art and let the juices flow.

I find that a needle dispenser bottle works well for binding things together and gets in close. Sally hanson has worked for me and doesn't go bad til I've had it for a long time. It works for coating eyes but you have to get it on the first stroke or the paint softens and makes a mess.

I use hard as nails too.
