    Default Two Tone Jig painting

How do you paint your jigs with two different colors? I have tried a few times but have had no luck. The colors either combined colors or have faded out to much to see the two colors. I generally paint a 1/64th ounce or a 1/32nd ounce jig. If you could put in a video or a YouTube link would be great. Thanks

I don't hardly ever do that, but have as an experiment done it by using an eye dropper for the #2 color. As soon as I heat the head and dip it I pull it out and puff paint on using the eye dropper but it's a bit tricky. I just bought a box of the eye droppers from the local drug store to have one for each color I wanted to do.

You can get some good results, but it's not all that easy. Here is my favorite.

Thanks Snake, I have not been on my computer since Friday because I am sick as a dog. Thought I was going to get away without catching my wife's crud, but didn't happen and it's bad stuff. I got t leave tomorrow for Florida to go see my hero son and his family for XMAS. I hate feeling this sick and going, but have done every year since he got blown up by the IED in 2006.

I don't really remember since I have so many different green shades. It may be either JD Green or Baby Bass or even bright green with Fl Yellow.

I'm on my phone, so I can't see your location. Where are you at?

Tapping powder on with a paint brush is the most common way I know and what I usually use. Angles are important, heat control and knowing your paint also. I like subtle changes, but they're not the norm with sacs. Most people like bright when it comes to these fish but I'm learning to fade them with mixtures of clear........slowly. Ha.
