Default this will take awhile to post so please let me get it all posted

I wish I were closer to you and could spend an hour with you. You have the "want to" but it just hasn't come together all the way for you. Right now I would suggest tying with only one color chenille until you get it tied in right.

I'm going to show you how to tie in the chenille. I'm not going to tie a tail just the chenille and use colors that show up well so you can see how it is now.

First lay down a layer of thread to the hook point

warp the thread around the hook shank close to the head 4 or 5 times

whip finish your thread 4 or 5 turns

now cut off the thread close to the chenille

now you have your chenille body finished

I used black thread and orange chenille so you could see how it is done. I did not try to hide the thread but when you use the right colors together the thread will be covered.
Tying takes a lot of time and many tied jigs to get right but this should get you going right.

Nice job showing him how to do that. On the two colors, buy some two color chenille and it's not just easier it's better too. Like Stump Hunter said don't try running before you can walk. You need to be able to tie a excellent jig before you try doing things that are harder than just that. You want to jump into Algebra before you learn basic math and it just will not work. That is also why I gave you that link, to learn to be a beginner before you go to intermediate or advanced and there are steps you have to take or you will never learn right.

Honest here, you should cut off all the chenille on these jigs and get it back to just a jig head and tie a normal one color chenille jig. One more thing, You have too much marabou own them so try to save it, take half of what you have one each and make two for every one there.
