Interesting application and I am sure it takes time to tie. I like the looks of them!

Len actually if you learn and practice the rope dub stuff these can be tied mush faster than you think. I just need more time to practice which I am going to start taking a day a week or maybe a couple halve days a week to practice this so soon I will be doing this link of tie. I have had that darn DVD for just over a year now and have only tied probably 15-20 total, but like I said that is over and I am going to force the time in, I have to for my own head! The speed at which this can be done is part of the appeal for me, really! Other than that I love the segmented bodies and being able to include your hackle inside the rope which protects it better. I can find no reason not to and you can don most anything with most any material.

So time to learn and get good, yes!

Neat stuff Skip. When it isn't fun you'll quit doing it. Take time for yourself or it just isn't worth the effort. Always like the different stuff you show us. I still have to get the crappie candy off the ground. I have a good sized order that I promised a friend, and it's with craft hair which is new to me. I'll show y'all some before I deliver em.

It's coming Skeet and I tied one today like one of his and did pretty well. Soon I will be able to do most of this my self so am pretty excited about that. I will be fishing with some things these crappie have not seen before next spring, well if the lake come up a good bit by then and all I can do about that is pray.
