help my pictures seting jacked up no clue how ta fix it help

ha power went off n changed the setings on my pics now i cant seem to upload any pics anyone here know how ta fix my problem

hmm im guessing its in my computers setings for my pictures it was all set up on here like it needs to be to work so my computers seting for my pictures must be the problem
