Alot depends on how many your making, and also if you're going to be making other lures. Since I make beetle spins and mepps style spinners I use Worth and also Hagens, sometimes you really don't need a thousand of one size blade, and Hagens lets you get less than a thousand and it only adds a $1 on to each item.

My last big order from them I got a 1000 crane swivels, 1000 split rings, and 4000 mixed blades total order was around $110 with shipping. This on top of everything else I already have should be all I should ever have to buy (at least the wife hopes so LOL).

Now alot of guys making pony's are using butt rings to attach their blades and not having any problems so this is somthing you could check into also. And they are cheaper than the split rings.

I'd print out some blank order forms and do up the same order with 3-4 different companies and see which one runs the cheapest including shipp and handling, although I'll pay a bit more for quality parts, it just makes them work better.
