Looks good to me! Love the clamp! Is it a clothes pin?

You just took me back down memory lane. Early sixties, "Boy's Life" magazine had an article that showed how to use a clothes pin with the rubber bands for a portable travel vise. That article was what got me started tying. Sharpened the end of the clothes pin on concrete, and with the assistance of my Benjamin Pump, had plenty of fur and feathers.

The simple combination of squirrel tail, tied with red thread, caught most of my childhood fish. Thanks for the memory jog.

Some of the first crappies I caught on a jig, were tied with squirrel tail. I can tell you have the desire to tie jigs with that original style wise Thumbs Up. Nice Job!
