    Default Jig Eye Painting Rack

I have been looking for an easy way to hold my jigs while painting the eyes. I came up with some high density polyethylene closed cell foam from a local manufacturing plant to make the racks. The racks are about 1 1/2" square and 13" long with a slit in the top to hold the jigs. The rack can be used over and over again. Two dozen 1/16 jigs fit in the rack. I have made three of them and they work great.

After powder coating I mount the jigs in the rack, paint the eyes with acrylic paint and let dry. After sealing with Sally's the jigs are ready to tie.

Just wanted to share this with everyone. Happy fishing...
