    I pull out the pliers, split rings, blades and pour some horsey heads. It only takes only about 50 to remind me how much I hate putting them together.

    One thing that will help is to throw those split rings away and get some "Butt Rings"

    thanks for the info JSC do you just crimp them down to size? all I could find were 1/4" ID rings.

    some jigs tied up tonight that a buddy of mine ordered up

    You need to find the size that works best with your spinner/swivele ... several sizes are made ...
