I have never seen one like that before and I have saw alot. I would name it pinch head. Have no idea who makes it or what they call it. It could come from some one who has a homemade custom molds. Looks like they took a pair of dykes and cut off the nose of some jig head. keep us informed about any information on this jig head.

Skip try as it looks as if it would be very hydrodianamic(sp) . In looking at the picture it looks as if the lead had set for awhile and had started to oxidize. Could be old style of someones?????
