Best Silicone Skirt Source - (Golden Shiner color)

I am looking for silicone skirt material - specifically in chartreuse/black/gold flake.

I've check Barlows, Janns and a bunch of other places but can't find this specific (golden shiner) color.

Can any suggest other/better sources for raw silicone material.
