The book is called "How to Fish With Jigs." It was written by Lacey E. Gee and Erwin D. Sias. The book has long been out of print but is worth the effort to run it down. You may start with Abes Books, also try the internet. Someone on here may have a copy and be willing to sell it. No I will not part with mine. I lost the first one and was able to replace it.
