I had thought about doing some production powder coating but the methods that are available just did not cut the mustard. The mini sand blaster with powder coating did not produce enough volume, the dip method was to slow and had uneven results and the fluid bed was nothing but a huge headache due to the huge learning curve and problems with the powder becoming wet in my climate. After doing some research on powder coating I found this method. I HAVE NOT TRIED IT, IT ONLY FOR SOMEONE TO INVESTIGATE TO SEE IF IT WILL WORK FOR THEM. Look the links below for general instructions.

I found a gun at Harbor Freight and it is very affordable. I also found out that it has a 4 1/2 star rating. My nephew has one and says it works great. The operation is simple. The paint gets a pos charge and the product gets a neg charge. When turned on the powder is shot in the general direction and the neg side draws the powder to it. The polarity may he reversed, I don't know but the operation is the same. You make a rack to hold the jigs and it has to be able to conduct electricity and turn it on and go. The powder paint cost can be as little as four dollars a pound.
