    Default Nail polish and glitter

I took a jelly body I got from SnakeRiver and used a needle to thread marabou and rubber skirt material through it. I applied a drop of super glue to cement it to a jig head.

Then I coated it with "Hard as nails."

Then I applied mixed glitter by coating a small brush with it and dropping it on to the wet jelly jig.

Then when it dried I applied another coat of "Hard as nails." What do you think? This might also work with other baits like small cranks etc.

I think it might depend on how much polish and glitter you apply. I am still tinkering with the concept.

Did you find any softening of the jelly body when you put the Hard as nails on it??? That was the only thing that would worry me, I know before I used epoxy to cover my painted jig heads I'd get softening of the plastics from reactions between the paint and the plastic jig body.
